February, etc.

Ok, so my life is boring as shit. But you probably realize this by now.
Although it was mildly interesting when kiwi decided to jump from his cage and out the door. Luckily the screen door was there for him to latch on to.

Tim made sushi for the superbowl. It was awesome.

Kiwi again. Very interested in my phone.

Twice-Cooked Pork at Peking Inn. It is pretty much really thick bacon, sauce, and veggies. Excellent.

We also had Ma Po Tofu the same night, just as good, and just as spicy.

My drink of choice, a shocktop with a slice of orange in my T-Pain glass. This is how I roll.

I got a wild hair up my ass on Sunday and made eggs benedict from scratch. Mostly because I forgot to cook potatoes the night before to make hashbrowns, I thought this would be easier. INCORRECT. Wasn't that bad of an experience though, it was some good stuff, and I had been wanting to try poaching eggs for a while.

I also decided to stretch my baking skills on Sunday. I made these chocolate cupcakes...

...and then I made buttercream frosting. When I put the two together it wasn't too good looking, so no pictures of that. They taste good though, so that is all that really matters.

My Valentine's Day gift, the tulips were waiting for me when I got home from school on Monday and he took me to pick out my necklace on saturday.

And then he went and surprised me at work with these beauties before we went to lunch.

Drive home today. What are these dark things in the sky?

Oh crap. It's February

I've done a horrendous job of posting this week. My apologies. I did take pictures most days, I'm just lazy. Enjoy.

Crazy fog on campus on Monday. You should see buildings, and oh, whole mountains in the distance. But you don't.

Tim got me my all time favorite cookies on Tuesday. They are awesome. Or should I say they were, because they are most definitely all gone.

This is on Wednesday. I had a really no good awful day. Luckily I have these two knuckleheads to cheer me up when I am down.

I took this on Thursday night driving home from work. The twilight here is especially beautiful most nights. This picture probably doesn't capture it, but I tried.

Friday night homework. I was probably more productive in the 2.5 hrs I spent committed to doing my homework than I was at work all day. Regardless, I had a couple of bottles of Shock Top w/ orange slices to keep me going. Although it should be depressing to do homework on a Friday night, it somehow makes me feel better. Mostly just less tired because I know get to sleep in tomorrow, hoo hoo!

[edit] : I realize that some of you reading this experience considerable snowfall, cold, ice, and all that other winter crap this week. First of all, hahahahaha! And second, don't get so butthurt, you probably had at least a day or two off of work/school this week. And just to let you know, this made it especially painful to pretty much exist this week. And because the temps were in the 50's, which is downright freezing to me now.
